Specifically download the "EDK II" Zip. It is also known as "UDK2010" or
soon 2011.
Inside the zip file is the path:
UDK2010.UP3\EdkShellBinPkg\FullShell\X64
and the file:Shell_Full.efi
Copy a UEFI shell and rename it to "shellx64.efi"
